Refund policy for Tabmeet Pro.
Tabmeet Pro is meant to stay simple and fair. If a charge does not feel right, contact us and we will review it.
Cancel Anytime
You can cancel Tabmeet Pro at any time. After cancellation, your Pro access normally remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
Refund Window
We will generally approve refunds for the first Pro payment if you contact us within 14 days of the charge and the request is reasonable.
We may also approve refunds for accidental renewals when you contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge.
When Refunds May Not Apply
- Requests made after the 14-day refund window.
- Repeated refund requests after continued Pro use.
- Accounts connected to abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or violation of the Tabmeet Terms.
- Partial-month refunds unless required by applicable law or approved by Tabmeet.
Billing Provider
Tabmeet uses Paddle as the merchant of record for paid subscriptions. Some billing emails, invoices, tax handling, and refund processing may come from Paddle.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@tabmeet.com with the account email, charge date, and a short note about what happened. We aim to respond as quickly as possible.
Changes
This policy may change as Tabmeet, pricing, billing providers, or legal requirements evolve. The version posted here is the current refund policy.
